ExpressiveThe General Organization for Social Insurance has renewed the conditions required to enable the social security employee to pay the pension.

"The participant is entitled to the retirement pension when he has a subscription period of not less than (120) months, and stopped working, and reached the age of sixty or over," the Foundation said in a tweet on its Twitter account.

She noted that certain categories were entitled to an early retirement pension below 60 years of age, provided that the participant had an actual participation period of not less than 300 months, or if the woman was 55 years old and had a minimum period of 120 months.

The Foundation indicated that among the categories entitled to early retirement were those who worked in hard labor and were 55 years of age. They had a subscription period of not less than 120 months. The participant was imprisoned for 3 months and had a minimum period of 120 months. The missing or absent participant, or the person who was subjected to a non-occupational disability or died.
