Abizaid: We asked to refer the file of investigations to the security and concerned in the region, because we want to review further circumstances and whether the incident intentionally or deliberately or otherwise.
The sources said on Thursday, that the traffic in the province of a boy referred the case file to several government bodies to complete the formal procedures.
