Housing gives good news to beneficiaries about subsidized financing

Housing program beneficiaries received text messages from the Ministry of Housing that included improved subsidized funding and increased support for both old and new beneficiaries.

"Dear Beneficiary of the Residential Program, we are pleased to announce the improvement of subsidized funding and increased support for new and existing beneficiaries for those whose monthly income exceeds 14,000 riyals. The beneficiaries of less than 14,000 riyals are still supported 100% The former without any amendment ".

We will also be pleased to inform you that the support rate will be compensated retroactively as of June. This will be done by scheduling support during the remaining funding period without having to be reviewed by the Ministry of Housing or the Real Estate Development Fund.
