The committee said that the most prominent violations were the failure to comply with the evaluation criteria adopted by the Saudi Commission for Accredited Residents, the failure to complete the registration of their establishments' data in the Commission's systems, the submission of incorrect documents to the Commission,
The consideration committee approved its penalties for violators, which varied from cancellation of registration from the register of approved residents, fines and warning.
The system of approved residents shall punish those who violate the provisions of the system that start with the warning and reach imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year, provided that the penalty is observed with the violation. The law also stipulates the punishment of blame or suspension of practicing the profession for a period not exceeding one year, A. Cancellation of the license or cancellation of the registration of the violator from the register of approved residents.
It is worth mentioning that the Saudi Commission for Accredited Residents is working to develop, organize and qualify residents through specialized training programs. It also granted its membership to 1538 real estate residents to work in licensed establishments in different regions of the Kingdom.
