Sharjah Environment and Parks Celebrates World Museum Day
The Sharjah Museum of Natural History and Botany of the Environment and Nature Reserves Authority in Sharjah on Wednesday launched an event on the occasion of the International Day of Museums under the theme of "Museums as Cultural Contexts: The Future of Traditions", aimed at staff and visitors to other museums. With each sample, and the program continues until the beginning of next July.
This event highlights the role of effective museums as active actors in their communities and highlights their core tasks of collection, conservation, communication, research and exhibitions for the benefit of the communities they serve.
