According to recent rumors, it seems that Nintendo plans to launch two new models of the Nintendo Switch later this year. One of these models is said to be an upgraded version of the current Nintendo Switch with an upgraded version of the Nvidia Tegra X1 processor, while the other is said to be a low-cost version designed to be portable only.
It seems that the arrival of this second model has just been confirmed, at least according to a recent tweak published by CptxAlex of WickedCoolToys. According to the e-mail, he appears to have received an email from a Chinese manufacturer of protective covers saying that they have plans to launch new accessories for the so-called Nintendo Switch Mini.
It's not clear whether the images accompanying the email actually embody a Nintendo Switch Mini or just an alternative device, but the device shown in these images is in line with what's been traded in the past.
