The skills include: skills, creativity, critical thinking / problem solving, leadership and empathy, technological skills, financial skills, cooperation, skills, skills, Communication, adaptation, social and cultural awareness, and self-development.

HE Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy, said that the Ministry of Economy is keen to spread the concept of continuing education and self-development among its employees in order to build competencies of creativity and knowledge, thus building a strong knowledge-based economy.

His Excellency pointed out that the Ministry of Economy is working to develop economic policies and legislation, in accordance with the best international standards for a competitive knowledge economy. This requires first and foremost investing in the strongest supplier, the human element.

He added that the strategy of the National Advanced Skills Program and the National Campaign is part of the vision of our wise leadership and its desire to provide prosperity and well-being for all members of society and to build a strong, sustainable and diversified economy that is an essential part of realizing this vision. Efforts in higher education and the labor market to build the skills and capabilities of the individual that qualify them to lead the future.

He pointed out the importance of the initiative in establishing a bridge of communication between all members of the society and their awareness and inspiration, whether students, graduates or experienced employees whose experience exceeded 15 years, which makes the economic sector and other sectors in a state of continuous development, Achieving the objectives of the vision of the UAE 2021 and the percentage of the UAE 2071.
