Legalization of recreational cannabis in France: a new proposal
I always knew that cannabis was illegal. I also always knew that it was not hard to find.

Cannabis, in France, is illegal but widespread, fueling underground traffic and selling sometimes cut with dubious stuff. So some people ask themselves: why not legalize it?
The legalization of cannabis in France
As indicated 20 minutes, it is a note from the Economic Analysis Council, which reports to the Prime Minister, who advocates the legalization of cannabis.

The note indicates that the repression of cannabis is a failure in France, relies on other countries that have legalized it and therefore recommends placing on the market framed by the State.
As for tobacco, its sale would for example be prohibited to minors and minors; its consumption would not be allowed everywhere either.
As for illegal traffic, which has become very widespread in certain areas of France, the report also reflects on the impact that its possible disappearance would have if the joints were finally sold legally.
Legal cannabis in France, maybe one day?
Note that we are not talking only about therapeutic cannabis, helping to manage some diseases, but also recreational cannabis.

The Economic Analysis Council is not a decision-making body: I do not promise you that this note will be followed by concrete results. However, as concludes 20 minutes :
"Nothing says today if this shock proposal will remain in a drawer or will be a source of inspiration for the public authorities. Be that as it may, the debate is publicly revived. "
