Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education, Fahad Al-Ghais, revealed the measures taken by the Ministry on the implementation of the "Takwaat" policy to replace the national labor in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In a report to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, Dr. Saud al-Harbi, the number of employees covered by the replacement policy in all occupational groups was 1186, but the total number of administrative sectors was 810, .
He pointed out that for employees whose services have not been terminated, they include 282 uninterrupted service outlets due to the postponement of the termination of female service providers, 82 scientific laboratory records followed by the general education sector, 5 educational technology designers, And 3 linguists from the educational research and curriculum sector, as well as two administrative support staff, followed by the Office of the Under-Secretary and other sectors, and one legal officer in one of the educational districts.
It should be noted that the Kuwaiti Civil Service Bureau has adopted the plan of recruitment; to replace the national labor for expatriate workers in government sector jobs within 5 years, from 2018 to 2022.
