Huawei and Google play smart
China's Huawei, the smart phone and communications technology giant, said it will definitely be able to bring the new operating system from Android Q to the B30 and B30 Pro, as well as many of its existing devices, despite the US trade embargo.
With a warning period in place before the embargo is to be implemented by August, Google and Huawei seem to be trying to use the time wisely to provide as many Huawei devices as Google's Android Q.
Huawei said in a statement that all devices will continue to receive security updates for the Android operating system, and confirmed that all existing devices will retain the applications available on them.
Prior to this announcement, it was not known that the current models of Huawei will be able to get the next version of Android, ie, Android QE.
Future equipment is expected to be released in October and subsequent equipment will operate under Huawei's operating system, "Ship" or "Ark", according to the Phuket Line website.
Huawei has provided a list of devices to be upgraded to the Android Q system, including 16 devices such as P30 Pro, P30, Matte 20, Mate 20 Pro and others.
The list does not include "MetX" devices, but it can be launched with the Android Q platform instead of upgraded to the system, or it can be equipped with the new operating system from Huawei, known as "Ark" or "ship" instead.
The Android Q operating system is the latest version of the operating system, but it is still in the process of modernization and development or the so-called beta version, and has not yet called it, as usual with what Google does with their operating systems, such as Android Bai, Andorio and Andor.
