15 minutes break. The German team is back in the European Championship finals, in the 7th minute Fabian brought the Spaniards in front with a nice Schlenzer. The Iberians started with a lot of momentum, safety and possession of the ball, Germany ran first behind and acted quite passively. That changed at the end of the first half. At least 45 minutes remain.
FIRST HALF TIME
45th minute: Two minutes to the break whistle. After a German urge phase the balance would have been in it.
42nd minute: Öztunali moves to a corner – deflected, again corner. Then there are three more corners. But no further shot on goal.
41st minute: Also backwards works Öztunali and ensures first again German possession. But too easy the balls are lost again, Spain seems a bit warmer, faster, hungrier.
36th minute: Serdar gives his header a free-kick over the goal – no danger to Spain's keeper.
32nd minute: Waldschmidt is fouled in full sprint by Spanish captain Vallejo and stays lying. Vallejo sees the YELLOW CARD. At least worthy of discussion, because that was with "open sole".
28 minutes: First disagreement between Fabian and Amiri. Amiri had first held his opponent, then hit the foot. Referee Jovanivic calms them down and leaves the cards.
